A: before work

1.       add grease and lubricate oil on the transmission parts such as bearings、Chains、and cutting blades; one time per day

2.       checking the water is full or not ? check the engine oil [ safety range between two points] and diesel is enough or not ? one time per day

3.       Check the gear box oil leakage or not?

4.       Clean the air filter one time per day. Sometimes clean depends on the dusts too much or not.

5.       checking the meters are right or not ?

B: during working time

1.       after work for 3 hours check the water temperature is right or not? [0 -95 is safety range],if its more than 95, stop machine immediately and check the problem.

2.       if u hear special noise or lound special voice, stop machine immeditely and check if the belt is loose or not? Chains are broken or not?

C: after work

1.       Remove the straw from combine harvester, and remove the mud from rubber tracks. Make combine harvester clean.

2.       check the screws and chains are loose or not? If its loose, please tighten them immediately

D: storage:

1.       after one harvesting season finished, add grease and lubricate oil on transporting parts in case of be rusted.

2.       loose the rubber track and please notice that don’t add any oil on the track.
